1. Booking and Advance Deposits

• To reserve your place for the trips, please complete the Booking Form and send it with the NON-REFUNDABLE Advance Deposit of INR 5,000 per person or 20% of Package cost, whichever is higher.
• All bookings made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all bookings and payments.

• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to cancel any booking in case of non-payment, suspicious activity, or other justifiable reasons.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary based on the specific tour or service. Please review the terms outlined in the individual tour details before booking.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on our cancellation policy and may take up to 14 business days.

3. Amendments / Change of Departure Date .

If you wish to make amendments to your trip arrangements, you must notify Trip To ADI KAILASH in writing. Each amendment to your trip arrangements must be done before 30 days, otherwise an administration fee of INR 1500 per person will be applied. All administration fees must be paid before departure.

4. Medical Disclosure

You declare and warrant that:

• You are in good health and mental and physical fitness at the time of booking this trip.
• You have disclosed to Trip To Adi Kailash. every matter concerning your health and mental and physical fitness of which you are aware, or ought to reasonably be expected to know, that is relevant to Trip To Adi Kailas decision to permit you to go on the trip.

5. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

• Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
